Its elastic content allows elongation and recovery in 4 ways providing comfort, fit and freedom of movement.

1.

The length measurement of the elastic fabric is taken.

2.

A load of 1.8kg is applied to the end of the sample, using a constant rate of extension.

3.

After 5 minutes, the length reached by the sample with the load is measured.

4.

The load is removed from the sample and allowed to relax for 5 minutes. The difference in length is compared before applying the load, with the load and at the end of the test to establish the elongation and recovery of the sample.
