Textile samples with and without treatment are placed on an agar plate. It generates an ideal environment for the growth of bacteria taking into account time, humidity and temperature.

Once the bacteria are developed, the samples are compared. A halo is observed around the treated sample, preventing penetration of the bacteria and invasion in the textile without treatment.
